dapat diselesaikan melalui proses Diversi
Proses diversi dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan dan melibatkan berbagai instansi yaitu : Balai Pemasyarakatan, Kepolisian (Penyidik), Dinas Sosial, Pekerja Sosial Profesional, dan aparat desa setempat.
PK Bapas dalam hal ini secara aktif mendampingi klien dan berusaha menjadi mediator sehingga pada akhirnya pada hari Kamis, 12 Juni 2014 di Desa Bangodua Kecamatan Klangenan Kab. Cirebon dilaksanakan Diversi dengan suasana kekeluargaan yang hasilnya dapat diterima oleh keluarga klien maupun keluarga korban. Adapun hasil kesepakatan diversi tersebut antara lain :
- Keluarga korban memaafkan tindak pidana yang dilakukan klien.
- Klien dapat mengikuti bimbingan sosial di Ponpes atau Lembaga Rehabilitasi sosial terdekat.
- Keluarga Klien memberikan biaya pengobatan kepada masing-masing keluarga korban sebesar Rp. 700.000,- (tujuh ratus ribu rupiah)
